Upper Body Workouts

Here's a fun awesome workout for you to do today!
Do each exercise for 45 seconds - rest for 15
Repeat the entire set 3x

Today's workout is incline chest press. I wanted to show you an additional option if you don't have a workout bench, so I used the ball! I also think I might try to increase the weight next time because it's starting to feel a little too easy for me!
15: light weight
12: medium weight
8: heavy weight
6: super heavy weight

Today's workout goes like this:
10 bent over rows (can use dumbbells)
10 bicep curls
45 - 60 second rest & repeat for 2 more rounds
Today's workout was shoulders, chest and tris. I always try to push myself and work until failure and today I did just that! šŸ‘ŠšŸ»šŸ‘ŠšŸ»
Here's today's workout:
15 reps: light weight
12 reps: medium weight
8 reps: heavy weight
6 reps: super heavy weight
Rest for 2 minutes
6 reps: super heavy weight
Rest 1-2 minutes
8 reps: heavy weight

I love to dance between sets because my heart rate increases and I get some "cardio" in! Plus good music makes me happy! Haha šŸ˜‚!
What kind of music do you like to listen to?

I ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø lifting weights because I ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøseeing my muscle grow and my strength increase with each session! I write down every set I do and every pound I use so I can compete with my last session! There's something so rewarding with lifting that much more each time!
