Benefits of Wood Chops:
This is a great upper and lower body workout that can be used for cardio and strength work.
Performed regularly the rotational lift builds a connection between the upper and lower body which in turn creates a strong core.
Muscle Groups Worked:
Latissimus dorsi, rectus abdominis, obliques, quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hip abductors, hip adductors, deltoids, pectoralis major.
It's moves like these that you'll be doing in the hormone reset challenge!
Do 10 on each side!
Today move of the day, bulk legs!
•Do 5 sumo squats (can add weight and as you notice I dropped mine 1/2 way thru but squatted deeper)
•Hold for 5 seconds
•Repeat 5x
•Feel the burn
