Let me be real – I’ve fallen many, many times along the way, some days I fall multiple times.
There have been tears, there have been moments of screaming out in frustration, and heck there has been chocolate ?and maybe that extra glass of wine ?.
But on top of all that – what there has always been – is consistency. Showing up every DAY – every WEEK!
Pushing through the “I’m tired” or “I’m too busy” and saying I WANT THIS more than I want to make an excuse.
There’s no quick fix guys. The wraps, the diet pills, a miracle surgery, NO!
There just isn’t. I’ve been there.
The only thing that does work my friends is TIME ⏰
I know being in it for the long haul is frustrating. TRUST ME. I know not seeing movement on the scale when you’re busting your a$$ is infuriating. But KEEP GOING. Do NOT give up. What you want, those end goals, you CAN have them. ??
PUSH YOURSELF. Push play today on your workout, go for a run, go for a hike, lift some weights at the gym. Do whatever you have to do to keep moving forward.
