Spicy Edamame Beans
- 1 package of frozen edamame beans in the shell (either boil or microwave)
- Sesame oil
- Sea salt
- Ground ginger
- Red pepper flakes
- Boil or microwave the edamame beans in the shell. Once done, rinse under cold water.
- Put edamame beans in a bowl or container and pour some sesame oil and mix together. Once coated in a light mix of oil, sprinkle sea salt over and mix. Then add a few dashes of ground ginger (less or more depending on what your prefer).
- Add a few dashes of red pepper flakes (if you like spicy add more, or don’t add any if you don’t like spice — the twins don’t have theirs with red pepper flakes)
