These blender pancakes are gluten free, pack 22g protein, and only 350 calories for the whole stack!
Snowy Spiced Banana Bread ProteinCakes
In the Blender:
• 1 banana
• 2 organic free range eggs
• 1 T psyllium husk
• 2 T GF oat flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• dash ginger
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Blend all until smooth and creamy. Cook on medium heat. Yields about 5 proteincakes.
1/2 container Oikos Greek Yogurt Triple Zero Vanilla
1 T almond milk
Mix all until combined, adding milk until desired consistency. Pour or spread a top pancakes.
