Why is today so marvelous? My baby girl did some #P90X3 #yoga with me this am! I am going to enjoy being home with them this week because next Monday they start Grade 1!

How many people say ‘Oh – Ill start my diet & Workouts on Monday’ and before they know it 20 Mondays have gone past & they are no closer to their goals?!
By Starting the Week with strong intentions you’ll have more chance of finishing strong.
Tips for doing this
1. Get yourself prepared on Sunday
2.Encourage a friend to workout with you
3. Don’t let your excuses get the better of you
4. Remember that tomorrow never comes and the time will pass by regardless – wouldn’t you rather make the most of it
5. Make conscious food decisions – If someone in the office is passing round crap foods just remind yourself that the taste is temporary
