So for today's move, pick a weight that you can handle but also pushes you!
Here's what you're going to repeat 7️⃣✖️! Yes! Seven times!
•10 second hold on the lunge (are your legs start to burn and you want to die, don't put the weight down and do NOT stop, embrace the moment, the burn and the shakes as that's when results happen! I wanted to drop my 20lb sandbag but I didn't!)
•repeat for a total of 7 rounds
•repeat the same for the other leg 🏋🏼♀️
•15: sumo squat raise
•60 second plank
•20 alt Lunges
•60 second plan
•repeat for a total of 3 rounds!
3 Rounds for time:
•15 sumo squats
•15 R leg Bulgarian split squat
•15 L leg Bulgarian split squat
•5 R leg pistol squat - 1 leg squat
•5 L leg pistol squat - 1 leg squat

15: with light weight (I have 35lbs)
12: with medium weight (I used 45lbs)
8: heavy weight (I used 55lbs)

•Do 5 sumo squats (can add weight and as you notice I dropped mine 1/2 way thru but squatted deeper)
