These. are. simple. amazing! They are my favorite & I could sit down & eat more than an entire plate full & basically eat until I feel sick. They are that good! My mouth is watering just thinking of them! I found them on The Detoxinista & have since made some tiny changes. They are gluten/dairy/sugar free too!
*I always double the recipe because I can’t get enough of these*
2 Cups natural Peanut Butter (don’t use the stuff with added sugar)
2/3 Cup Honey
6 TBSP liquid egg whites (I really don’t like eggs)
1/2 tsp sea salt (only add if the pb doesn’t have added salt)
1 tsp baking soda
1 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate chips (nut/dairy/gluten/sugar free)
Pre-heat oven to 350F & grease an 8″ square pan with coconut oil. In a small bowl, mix the pb, honey, egg, salt & baking soda until well combined. Add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the greased pan & use a spatula to smooth the top.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 min or until the top is a light golden brown (I like my chewy so I usually bake for 22 min).
*I want to try making these with the powdered PB instead of regular & I’ll post if it works out*
