This weekend is a “rest” weekend for you. Plan which day you’re going to rest and which day you’re going to do a low impact workout.
I’ve been resting the past few days to be able to race a 5K tomorrow! For those of you who know me, know I just don’t “jog” these races, I race to try to win and since I had major surgery Sept. 2013 (and a few minor upsets), my body doesn’t allow me to do what it used to do, so I really have to rest and pace myself accordingly.
Yesterday, I asked on my Facebook page what you’d like to see more of and one comment was “legs” and “butt!” So, that’s what we’re going to focus on this week! Luck you! Time to get those legs ready for shorts and skirts because summer’s just around the corner!
I also had another comment to add more recipes and snack type recipes, so that’s what I plan on doing!
