You’re going to set your timer (I use Seconds PRO) to 30 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for 2-6 rounds! Have fun!!!
Not sure if you’re following me on Instagram or Facebook, but I wanted to share one of my transformations with you! This happened when my husband deployed and I was DETERMINED to change my eating habits and workouts.
What did I do? Fitness + nutrition + support. That’s what I did – I get asked daily how I’ve stayed motivated and able to not only lose the previous twin weight of 90+ lbs but keep it OFF for and continue to go from 140lbs – 125lbs in under 6 months, with 3yr old twins and a deployed husband – and it’s those 3 things.
Being a coach has continued to give me the support team I needed to reach for new goals. I really believe SO strongly in that support factor. I mean, after failing for years on my own, both over eating and under eating, I know how far I can get by myself…and that’s not very far
But if you look at ANY successful person – in business, in sports, ANYTHING – they have a team of people there to help them. No one reaches success on their own you guys. That’s why I run challenge groups. That’s why I’m a coach. And that’s why I’ve been able to lose weight, gain muscle and maintain it!
